How it works...

Step 1:

Sign up to HOUSE EXCHANGE UK and one of our trained advisers will take details of your property and details of the property you are looking for. A fee of £24.99 will be collected at this point.

Step 2:

Your details will be added to our register and mailing lists and we will forward details of any properties matching your search critieria for an initial period of six months.

Step 3:

Once a potential match has been identified, HOUSE EXCHANGE UK advisers will co-ordinate viewings and any negotiations to ensure that they are conducted in a secure and professional manner and that both parties are completely satisfied with any conditions of exchange.

Step 4:

Once an agreement of terms has been reached, then you must consult with your mortgage company and solicitor (as for any normal exchange of sale). HOUSE EXCHANGE UK can recommend mortgage/ legal advisers if necessary.

Step 5:

Exchange your property for your new, ideal home without the hassle of lengthy property chains. A fee of £495.00 will be collected on successful exchange of contracts.
